Losing a package during delivery can be frustrating and stressful. Please follow these steps to try and locate it.
1. Check any security cameras you have installed to see if someone may have taken the package after it was delivered to your doorstep.
2. Contact the delivery carrier and provide them with your tracking number to see if they have any information about the package's whereabouts. For USPS packages, you can use the Missing Mail tool. UPS and FedEx both have online tools for filing a claim about lost packages.

3. If you live in an apartment complex or have neighbors nearby, ask if they may have received your package by mistake.
4. If you are unable to locate the package after taking these steps, be sure to file a police report and share a copy with us to help us investigate further.
